WHAT YOU GET

A supplier candidate map with its public evidence attached.

01

Sourcing frame

Define the product or service, use case, geography, volume, timing, required capabilities, exclusions, and decision criteria before searching.

02

Candidate map

Collect potential suppliers with official domains, public locations, stated capabilities, target markets, and the pages supporting each material entry.

03

Evidence matrix

Compare published fit signals, constraints, certifications, lead-time claims, commercial gaps, and the recency and quality of available proof.

04

Qualification brief

Separate sourced facts from inference and finish with a transparent longlist, unresolved questions, and the checks people must complete next.

NEED → CANDIDATES → PROOF

Public discovery starts the shortlist. It does not qualify it.

01

Name the sourcing need

State the company decision, required outcome, geography, timing, volume or scale, mandatory criteria, preferences, and explicit exclusions.

02

Set the evidence rules

Choose acceptable source types and dates, define what counts as a candidate, and specify whether the task is discovery, comparison, or shortlist preparation.

03

Run one public scan

Search mode researches the web for that request when the selected supported model has web search available.

04

Qualify outside the brief

Open cited pages, confirm identities and claims, then obtain direct commercial, operational, legal, security, quality, and compliance evidence before selection.

STARTER REQUEST

Find potential suppliers for [product or service] for [company use case] in [geography], with [mandatory capabilities, scale, timing, and exclusions]. Use current public web sources from [time period]. Build a candidate table with official domains, public locations, stated capabilities, relevant certifications or standards, fit signals, evidence gaps, and cited links. Separate sourced facts from inference and finish with the questions we must verify directly—without ranking unsupported claims or contacting suppliers.

HONEST PRODUCT BOUNDARY

A public supplier map.
Not qualification or selection.

Search helps organize publicly visible candidates for one request. Your team still owns completeness checks, qualification, audits, commercial engagement, and every supplier decision.

BEFORE YOU SEARCH

AI supplier research FAQ.

01

Does TraceRemove search the live web for suppliers?

Search mode uses web search when it is available for the selected supported model. It answers the current request and keeps the exact cited links returned with that response visible for review.

02

Will TraceRemove monitor suppliers in the background?

No. This is a request-by-request public snapshot. TraceRemove does not schedule recurring supplier scans, watch company pages after the conversation ends, send availability alerts, or refresh a longlist automatically.

03

Is the supplier list complete or ranked objectively?

No. Public search can miss capable suppliers, overrepresent well-indexed companies, merge namesakes, and surface outdated claims. A result is an evidence-backed starting set, not a complete market census, objective ranking, or approved shortlist.

04

Can it verify certifications, capacity, quality, or delivery performance?

No. Search can organize public claims and documents, but it cannot inspect facilities, test products, validate private certificates, confirm production capacity, audit quality systems, or establish actual delivery performance.

05

Can it access private databases or supplier portals?

No. This page promises public web research only. It does not sign into directories, procurement platforms, data rooms, portals, customer systems, or paid databases that are not available to the selected search provider.

06

Will it contact suppliers, issue an RFQ, negotiate, or buy?

No. Search does not send messages or questionnaires, request samples or quotes, run an RFQ, negotiate terms, enter checkout, make purchases, or commit your company to a supplier.

07

How is this different from vendor due diligence?

Supplier research discovers and compares possible candidates from public sources. Vendor due diligence starts with a named vendor and examines its public claims and evidence gaps more deeply. Neither workflow approves a supplier or replaces qualified review.

08

Who is this offer for?

TraceRemove is sold to companies and people using the workspace directly. There is no reseller, partner, agency, or white-label route.
